As with most independent schools in the United States, LILA relies on fundraising to help with operating expenses and any major new initiatives
Every year, LILA holds its Annual Fund where donors can contribute to three areas: Facilities, Financial Aid, and Area of Greatest Need. Additionally, depending on needs determined by the School’s strategic plan, there are standalone capital campaigns that help make major projects happen. In the past, these have included purchasing our Burbank campus as well as creating state-of-the-art science labs.
